VST Australia is committed to providing a simple and transparent delivery service across Australia.
Australia-Wide Delivery
VST Australia offers a flat-rate delivery fee of $12.95 including GST for standard deliveries within Australia.
Free Delivery
Orders over $245.00 including GST qualify for free standard delivery within Australia.
The free-delivery threshold is calculated on the value of the Goods in the Order and is applied at checkout.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an Order.
If an Order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided, any additional delivery, redirection or storage charges may be the responsibility of the Customer.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes displayed on the VST Australia website are estimates only.
Once your Order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the nominated delivery provider. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the delivery network and circumstances outside VST Australia's control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the Customer once the Order has been dispatched.
International Orders
International Orders may be available for selected products and destinations.
International Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
